I went to Jill Reeder with an almost impossible task and she delivered. Jill handled leasing my house in Malibu with great professionalism. She gave me a realistic expectation since I was trying to get it leased right before Thanksgiving and Christmas, which she knew would be challenging. Each time we had an offer she made sure the client was qualified and was not afraid to fight my corner. She did not put making "the deal" before getting a good qualified tenant. In the end, when we did get an offer from a qualified candidate their agent was very inexperienced, which meant Jill had to do a lot of extra work to correct his mistakes. She handled everything with great aplomb, while being very protective of my legal rights. In the end the deal went through and I got a qualified tenant moving in at the beginning of January, against the odds. I would recommend her to any of my friends because she is very knowledgeable and smart, goes the extra mile and has good business ethics, a hard combination to find in a Realtor.

The second time was for the purchase of my home in Agoura Hills. Again, she did a great job of protecting my interests as a buyer, while maintaining a respectful and diplomatic relationship with the other agent. She made the escrow go very smoothly and stress free by being proactive and thorough, and attended all the inspections while we were in Europe.
